In 2016, Brett became Owner and President of Tiptop Roofing, leading the company through numerous commercial and residential projects until 2024. His tenure was marked by innovative construction practices, strong project management, and a commitment to excellence.

From 2018 to 2024, Brett honed his skills with large design-build construction companies, enhancing his ability to manage complex projects and foster collaborative teams.
